帮助年轻学生反映不当行为的资源。
你知道,“纪律”这个词实际上来自拉丁语“监视”,意思是“教学?”
During the course of any school day, our students will make the occasional poor choice when it comes to theirbehaviour。只需谴责所涉及的学生,并与我们的一天一起举行可能很诱人。
The unfortunate truth of this approach is that it fails to capitalise on the ‘teachable moments’ presented by these indiscretions. By encouraging students to reflect upon the emotions and motivations behind their inappropriate behaviour, we can guide them to make better behaviour choices in future situations. This is discipline in its truest sense.
This resource has been designed to help younger students reflect upon their behaviour choices. It is strongly recommended that this be done in collaboration with a supportive adult who can gently guide the student through the process.
While using this resource, the students are required to:
- Draw a picture of what happened.
- 识别(从列表中提供的原因)为什么the behaviour is not acceptable.
- 确定行为发生的感觉如何。
- 确定可能再次发生的策略。
Space is provided for both student and teacher to sign the document, which you may wish to keep as a record for future reference.
*只是我需要什么;)
