How well do your students know themselves as people and learners?
Before any of us can become in tune with those around us, we need to be in tune with ourselves!
拥有自我意识意味着你知道自己的personality. You have an understanding of emotional states (and what causes you to experience them), you can recognise your strengths and weaknesses, and you can identify those characteristics that make you most proud.
Use this template to allow your students to reflect on these aspects of their personal and social health.
