An interactive PowerPoint quiz that asks students to compare the mass of various everyday objects.

The quiz contains 10 questions. Each question contains two images. The students must select which object is heavier or lighter (depending on the question).
When answering the questions, it is important to remind your students to visualize the actual size and mass of the real-life object. The images in the presentation are not drawn to scale.
The last slide invites the students to brainstorm some objects that are heavier and lighter than themselves. Students could draw pictures of these objects in their workbooks, or their ideas could be recorded in a class anchor chart.
