Use thisteaching resourcewhen students are required to take notes from a particular source of information e.g. a non-fiction book, a website, a podcast or video clip.
Students use the table at the top of the template to the list the details of the source. They can then record key information such as the main idea, key vocabulary, important facts and a summary.
