Synonyms

Synonyms are great for helping your students to build their vocabulary. Use these colorful posters, puzzle activity and worksheets in your primary school classroom to show a range of synonyms for some commonly used words and concepts. The posters can also act as a great way to assist your students in making their writing more interesting and using different words - rather than the same old 'said', 'good', 'went' etc.
